Tuesday:          St. Cloud
Wednesday:     St. Cloud and Kissimmee (East of Michigan Ave…. BVL)
Thursday:        Southchase, Renee Terrace, West Kissimmee
Friday:             Hunters Creek and Celebration

Non-Mowing Maintenance Activities Schedule
January:

• Prune trees
• Plant or transplant shrubs and/or trees
• Prep flower beds with soil conditioner and mulch

February:

• Prune trees & roses (including Crapes)
• Cut back ornamental grasses

March:

• Mow warm weather grass lawns very low

April:

• Lay warm weather grass sod
• Plant perennials and annuals

May:

• Plant annuals and perennials

June:

• Closely monitor water needs of plants
• Inspect yard plants for diseases and insects
• Plant Crape Myrtles, Hydrangeas, Cannas and Elephant Ears

July:

• Closely monitor water needs of plants

August:

• Closely monitor water needs of plants
• Prune deadheads from flowering plants
• Plant fall blooming plants

September:

• Plant winter flowers such as pansies
• Add pine straw cover to flower beds

October:

• Plant spring flowering bulbs
• Divide Hostas, Cast Iron, Lilies, Iris
• Plant winter flowers such as snapdragons, pansies

November:

• Plant Rye grass over warm weather lawns
• Plant Camellias, plants, trees, shrubs
• Fertilize winter flowers
• Prep flower beds with soil conditioner and mulch

December:

• Cut back perennials
• Prune evergreens
• Plant woody vines, trees, shrubs, bulbs, rhizomes
• Prep flower beds with soil conditioner and mulch
